We believe that our privacy policy is one of the most important contributions our company can make to preserve a visitor's trust in our online business practices. Personal information such as email addresses and the like, and any other information that is collected by Saratoga Trunk, will never be shared with anyone or any other group or organization. Any and all information collected will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We respect your privacy at all times.
Credit Card Safety
Protecting your information is a priority for us. When you place an order with us over the phone, we collect your name, billing address, credit card information, and email address, which are not shared with anyone else. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about it. Your order is then processed internally; no one but our order processors will have access to your information. As soon as your order is completed, we discard your credit card information. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. By ordering through us over the phone, you consent to the collection and use of this information by us for processing and shipping purposes only.
How to Order
Orders may be placed over the phone by calling (518) 584-3543. We do not currently accept orders via our Web site.
Payment Options
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express for all phone and in-store orders. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. International orders are also welcome. Please phone or email us for further details regarding international orders. Orders placed during regular business hours are typically shipped via UPS Ground or UPS 2nd-Day Air within 24 hours.
Out-of-Stock Items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.
Hats
Please note that most of our designer hats do not have a "head size" in the conventional sense associated with them. Using tape and other milliner's tricks, we can make every hat smaller — but not larger. Even if a woman has a significantly larger-than-average head size, we carry enough hats from a variety of designers that we can probably accommodate her particular size. However, because hats are not returnable, we recommend that you call ahead for guidance before ordering a hat over the phone.
Return Policy
Store policy is: No money-back returns for merchandise. If you return undamaged items with tags intact within 7 days of purchase, we will give you a store credit, good for one year.
